Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Verify License Status
For digital font software, you must certify in writing that all copies of the software have been uninstalled and deleted from your devices.
Pack and Ship
For physical goods, securely package the items in their original condition and include the RA number on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
